I remember her A CAPELLA version. No background music, just her voice. As one commenter said: She hits and holds the word "free" in "land of the free" for almost 7 seconds during the fly-over- what an amazing voice...

thanks for posting the link. I love that Donna Summer didn’t make the performance about her. She respected the song and it’s meaning.

I miss her.

She just walks on up to the mic. and gets right on into it. And when she holds on "free" waiting for the flyover, it's just mind-blowing.
