She is at Pamlico Seabase, near Washington, North Carolina, along with DP, Bill, Tom, Sally, and about ten other Scouts from around here.
Ah. That’s the camp run by a Council instead of the national BSA. When I went through Sea Badge, that camp was fairly new and specialized in ocean kayaking. One of the Council members was in the course with me.
