You wish you could call the police. But the neighbor who is robbing your house at gunpoint is the police. You are stupefied, so inconceivable does it seem to you that the man sworn to uphold the law could be an outlaw.
Yet, the architects who designed your house not only conceived of that danger, they took precautions. As a result, you not only have your own arsenal of emergency firepower; youre also in charge of all the ammunition. See, the architects hoped wed always have good, honorable police, but they didnt make your life depend on it. They knew the police had to be strong to protect us, but that this very strength could potentially destroy the whole community if the guns and badges ever ended up in corrupt hands. So while hoping for the best, they planned for the worst: The police have to come to you for the bullets if their guns are to be of much use; and you ultimately determine whether they get to keep their badges.

Like many of you, I am anything but enamored with the GOP leadership, both in the House and Senate. John Boehner is a flaccid Speaker of the House. In my opinion, Boehner is the weakest possible Speaker of the House. In short, he is a drunken pussy. I hope conservatives are able to put up a much better candidate for Speaker of the House come next January./rwa

The problem is we have one party rule..
with the exception of a handful of people, DC is run by one party regardless of what party they claim to be a part of.
The Rats managed to take over the opposition party.

Boehner has threatened to sue. Obama indicates he wants to be sued. They are on the same team. It's classic misdirection. A long drawn out lawsuit in courts benefits both of them. It's unacceptable. Instead of tossing his responsibility outside to the court system beyond his control, Boehner needs to exercise the actions available inside the House where he lives. Either get on with the impeachment proceedings, or step down and get out of the way so a real man can do so.

Boehner failed America when he raised the debt ceiling the first time.
He has show little interest in reducing government cash outflows too.
Boehner/Republicans should line item veto spending in every spending bill, as they should be able to.

Correct.
Division of Powers.
Pre-1913: States and the federal government they created.
1913 to 1932: Three branches in DC.
FDR to Clinton: Democrat and Republican Parties.
Bush 43 to Obama: Transition to Uniparty government.
Post Obama: Uniparty tyranny.
Restoration of freedom demands the 1789-1913 division of power. There is no substitute.

As for opposing Obama, Boehner is certainly flaccid, yet he merely reflects the House GOP membership. Keeping their jobs is job #1, and none of them want to stirs things up and be tagged as a bigot this November.
Today, Representative James Madison himself couldn't convince a majority to send articles of impeachment to Obama’s butt-boys in the Senate.

It’s obvious that the dems have dirt on GOP leadership and probably John Roberts. Remember the 900 FBI files suddenly “found” in the Clinton White House? There is no other explanation for such a bunch of yellow-backed lily-livered pansies that won’t use their ammo and won’t bring the fight personally to the prez and his rotten policies.
