So the creation of the name "Tucker Chocolate" has nothing to do with this guy but he still thinks it's discriminatory?

I agree with him. Just yesterday I was in a paint store and noticed that they had a color called “black”. How could he be expected to work in such a hostile environment?

This guy is trolling for a settlement. I happen to know that Clinton Brown is part of Benjamin Moore's Historical Color collection (color code HC-67). The Historical Color collection has been available since at least 1990.
