I do have to drive home one point... You either get a good woman when they’re young or wait until they’re widowed. That’s the window of opportunity.
A young, traditional woman won’t knock you out if you’re older. They’ll see that as more of a stable provider. When I was 18, I was scoping out men from 18 to 50. (I was not stupid and shallow. I was looking at the big picture and age wasn’t the factor. Yes. A man can be sexy at 50.)
So you have to ask yourself, are you cool with a *wise* woman who takes all of this into account? (Who wants to be pregnant. Really, really pregnant. Because traditional women who adore men really want those men to make them pregnant.)
This isn’t the first time I’ve seen men balk. They plead and whine, but (when push comes to shove) they haven’t thought it through.
The girls are out there, but the men have got to really want the whole package. Too many times, I’ve seen good men pull back like a terrified horse being confronted with a plastic bag when a good girl lets her interest be known. They cry that they want a woman who’ll love them for what they are, but they sure as hell don’t want to be pinned down.
Guess what? The type of woman who’ll love a hairy, hunting, manly-man will also be the type to pin you down.
So another one slips away. Then they cry that there are no traditional girls out there.
Yes. There are. But that’s not what you really want. If you guys really wanted a real woman (who wants to bear your offspring) who’d adore your hairy, manly butts - you’d jump at the opportunity. Instead, I hear nothing but crickets and bitter regret.
What you guys *really* want is a woman who loves you as you are, but doesn’t want the attachments. You guys want a feminist cowgirl. (And they are out there. They’re usually a little bit insane, but they’re out there.) Someone who’s fine with the casual relationship, but still likes to go to the range. (Please trust me. These women do serious damage.)
Basically, the men want a buddy they can get dirty with on occasion. They don’t want the girl who’ll love them as they are, go shooting, bear and raise their children, and serve them a roast every night.
That may be true for some men, but not for all.
