I find it ODD that her front door opened INWARD.

This is South FLORIDA. Hurricane codes require the door to open OUTWARD. Makes me wonder, I have a steel front door that opens OUTWARD. How much more difficult would it be to “kick in” an outward opening door. Plus I have the security doo-dads around the lock holes etc. I think I would hear them trying to break in my front door. Enough time to get the 12 ga.

Outward swinging door is a lot more difficult to kick in. It would take something like a Halligan tool to pry it.

Hurricane codes require the door to open OUTWARD.

People that live in areas where the stinking gooberment can tell you what kind of damned door you have to have and what way it must open have my sentiment and pity.

I'm sure your code enforcers would piss themselves if they encountered my door. It'll damn sure withstand a hurricane and a pervert with a flash bang or a Haligan.

But then, I don't need a damned nanny state to tell me what I should or shouldn't do in a hurricane or a home invasion.

Screw 'em.

FUBO.

Giving them reason to blow you and the rest of your family and dog, cat and fish away just because they can.
