Gaia worship didn’t make the list? Not even in California or Washington state?
To: SeekAndFind
I thought LDS was first in Utah and Christianity second. Does that mean Buddhism is actually third? :)

I would have never guessed that Judaism was the second most popular religion in Tennessee. But then, there are very few of religions other than Christianity in the state.

A better snapshot would show the percentage of the population and their religious affiliation.

The United States is a majorly Christian nation. Not according to the HMIC
(Head muzzie in charge)
“Whatever we once were, we are no longer a Christian nation”
"We do not consider ourselves a Christian nation.”

Does agnostics and atheists qualify. I would think they outnumber muslimes.
Texas Islam is #2, I furrow my brow...

Ooops, Hindus in AZ and Maryland, not Rhode Island. Putting glasses on now. Try again, that state is the "First State" - Delaware!

Now...if the map makers lumped all the Christian religions together and then considered all the "other religion" and "refused to answer" as Muslims, that would push Judaism to #3. But as you said, bogus...either way.
Christian: 79%
- Protestant: 57%
- Baptist: 38%
- Methodist: 9%
- Presbyterian: 3%
- Lutheran: 2%
- Other Protestant: 5%
- Roman Catholic: 10%
- Other Christian such as Non-denominational, Pentecostal and the LDS Church: 12%
- Judaism: 1%
- Other religions: 3%
- Non-religious: 10%
- Refused to answer: 7%

Though I did spend some time in the Raleigh area last year and I must say I did see a lot of hijab wearing females. Usually in the grocery stores...but some everyday.

I would have never guessed that Judaism was the second most popular religion in Tennessee. I think most Tennesseans would say Catholicism is second after Christianity.
