Why not photograph yourself holding a sign with a hashtagged phrase while we are doing stuff that is meaningless.

The Country needs a simple one-page law that simply reiterates the primacy of the original and existing inviolability of the Bill of Rights, under any circumstances, since without the BOR, the Constitution could not exist.

Simply stated, if the Federal Government, or any division or subdivision thereof, arbitrarily and capriciously, acting outside the enumerated powers of the Constitution, fails to perform the duties of and their oath of their office, the States shall be have the power to deal with the basic duty of government to insure the continued and permanent welfare of its CITIZENS, consistent with the stated clear assertions of the Bill of Rights. Penalty for violation of this law shall be severe and immediate, and applies to every elected or appointed bureaucrat at all levels. NO ONE SHALL BE IMMUNE.

Challenge to the application of any new laws shall heretofore require suspension of its application until the Supreme Court Rules.
A reminder that the Supreme Court Members are also subject to impeachment, would also be useful.

A partition will do no good. America has been taken over by the communists Democrats with communists black Muslim Traitor King Obama as its leader and hundreds of more changes to come. America is lost and will never recover.

STOP THE MASSIVE INVASION OF TEXAS BY ILLEGAL ALIENS! SIGN THIS PETITION!

Why just petition Texas?
As should be obvious to everyone by now, this problem affects ALL the States.

A related question. Has a similar petition been initiated at the White House? Or has Hussein arbitrarily eliminated that too?

The threshold for a response is only 50,000 signatures.
I predict that several million signatures would easily and quickly be submitted.

"The right to petition government for redress of grievances is the right to make a complaint to, or seek the assistance of, one's government, without fear of punishment or reprisals.
The right can be traced back to the Bill of Rights 1689, the Petition of Right (1628), and the Magna Carta (1215)."

How is signing a petition going to stop it?

Governor Rick Perry has the authority to stop it, as least as far as the borders of Texas are concerned.

These governor’s love to bitch and whine. Yet they have the authority to call up a state militia to protect their own border. Yet they wont, because all that money from the noor loch means more to them than their own state.

I will sign the petition & keep making calls/ sending emails.

The Texas Border patrol is certainly willing. Local law enforcement is willing. Even DHS is watching Texas beaches for incoming illegals, drugs, & contraband.
Three of the 4 border states have republican governors. Only Jan Brewer has even tried.
We’ve “got the money” for all sorts of silly ass crap- squandering it while we are overrun & bled dry- invaded.

Maybe this can be re-posted after the 24 hour mark rule, sometime tomorrow evening for the more patriotic crowd. The lay abouts here will be watching MSNBC.
