Yeah, but how many more freaks like that are there out there? And what kind of medical professional would perform such procedures? I would not be surprised to find out the taxpayers paid the bill either.

believe it or not, some of the most bizarre body modifications are done in tattoo shops and the like implanting horns and stuff while carving people up for free just for the fun of it by people lucky if they have a high school diploma...
