Everyone is trying to get me to get a smartphone. I always say I don’t want anything in my purse that’s smarter than I am.

I feel the same way about smart phones. My daughter gave me one for my birthday a couple of years ago and after 2 weeks I was ready to throw it away.

I could NOT make it do anything I wanted it to, look up a number and make a call only. Everytime I rubbed my finger across the screen it gave me something different.

I know it takes time to get used to it but I wasn't willing. I got my old flip phone out of the drawer and it is still good to go. All I want a phone to do is call people, that's it!
