Built it. Baghdad is apparently going to lay down as ISIS/L approaches.
As I was saying, as a Texan, this removes the halt in the momentum of eradication like when we used to have to ask Comanche? Apache? Cherokee? 150 years ago.
And I’m going to study: just how constructed is this Sunni/Shia schism?? Who built THAT?
I don’t think so. A column of 50 Toyota pickups ambling down a road is the kind of target every military person dreams of. There’s no armor on those pickups. Honestly, a kid with a brick could cause some serious damage from about thirty feet.
I had that same thought. The Iraq army obvious doesn’t care to fight. Just one M2 Bradley with 25mm chain gun should be able to shred a column like that.
There’s absolutely no doubt whatsoever, at least to me, that this guys #1 priority is to radical Islam. No doubt whatsoever. I sort of got that impression when on his very first day in office Jan. 20th 2009, the very first thing he did was run to the phone and try to close Gitmo. Above EVERYTHING else, freeing terrorists were his #1 priority. Then later on his fanatical insistence that Khalid Sheik Mohammed be tried in New york city as a US citizen with full constitutional rights. Why? So he has a better chance at freedom. This guy needs to go ASAP and Democrats know it and Republicans know it, but because all they do is worry about their own selfish asses, none of them do anything, so as a result this clown continues to run amok on a daily basis. We got the enemy in the White house and it’s all on the asses of these clowns in Congress who do absolute shet about it!
Recall the Cairo speech.
And the hits just keep on coming!
N.B.: “The battery of a Stinger lasts for four or five years.”
BINGO!
And where did these ragheads get billions of dollars worth of weapons and all the other resources needed to wage an all-out war?
And why has Obama been smiling so much lately?
Brilliant idea!
We are likely to never know just what Obama has given to the ISIS and other “rebels” in Syria, Libya. Egypt, Turkey, etc. For the “most transparent administration ever” we get no information, we have a PILE of lies, we have subversion of any efforts to get at the truth on ANY issue since this president took office. I think it is HIGH time that we catalog his crimes and misdemeanors and hand them over....each and every one of us...to our Congress-critters with demands that they step up and act like they have constitutional rights to intervene for the electorate or we’re going to find those who will.
I’m beginning to wonder if the missing plane is going to show up soon.
“We never sell a weapon we cannot defeat - especially in that area of the world.”
Bill Clinton gave the chi coms the technology to deliver a nuke to the west coast and we had no way to stop it.
Trust me.
You don’t have the slightest clue what these left wing freak shows are capable of.
I heard on FNC's "Kelly" program that obama has been getting intel FOR MONTHS about the threat to Iraq but has refused to act.
The Sunni/Shia schism dates to Mohammed’s death in 632 AD.
If you are really interested, check this out: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Succession_to_Muhammad
These murderous bastards have been at war with each other, and Western Civilization, since 622 AD!
270 million dead since 622 AD (when Mohammed was evicted FRom Mecca and moved to Medina!) Mohammed’s preaching was not working, so he was evicted FRom Mecca. Once in Medina, he and his followers took up arms and FRom then on, the evil cult of Islam was spread by the sword.
And then, he died, in 632 AD without a named heir.
The world has had 1382 years of rape murder and mayhem at the hands of the followers of Mohammed!
Literally, there has not been peace in the world since 622 AD, when Mohammed realized that preaching did not work and that “death or Islam” was the way to spread his cult to the rest of the world.
And, the Ophonybama Regime apologists, the John Effing Kerry’s and the Hitlery Clinton’s of the world think that WE can solve the Islamic problems!
No FRicking way!
Oh yes, the “colonialism that denied rights and opportunity to muslims”. Yes the colonialism which is why the entire freakin’ middle east with the exception of Israel is muslim. Or how about his speech at the UN? “The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam” To me that’s a death threat. If someone does not “belong to the future” what does that mean? It means they don’t exist, they’re dead. The guy issues a death threat towards anyone who insults Islam, and at the United Nations no less, and the press completely ignores it. Imagine GW Bush saying at the UN “The future must not belong to those who slander the Messiah Jesus” Forrrrget about it, the libs would be calling for his immediate impeachment.

Also, the battery coolant unit is critical, called a BCU for because it also provides the seeker cooling.

More info from Daniel Greenfield re the missiles given to the Taliban and ISIS by Ms Clinton and our Sunni President:
Im going to study: just how constructed is this Sunni/Shia schism?? Who built THAT?
That schism has been going on for a very long time:
Why the Sunnis and Shites hate and kill each other, courtesy of Fitzy_888 :
This blood feud dates from the beginning of Islam, a tribe that would later be Sunnis from Syria beheaded Mohammeds grandson (the Mohammed) and brought his head to Damascus as a trophy. Sunnis broke the blood line of the prophet, this is why zealous Shiites will kill Syrian Sunnis with zeal. It dates back to the four caliph, under the fourth successor to Mohammed, Mohammeds cousin...also his son-in-law. Mohammeds cousin married Mohammeds daughter Fatima, their son and heir to the Islamic caliphate was killed by a tribe from present day Syria who would later identify as Sunni.
Iran having a Shiite majority already has military forces fighting ISIS (Sunni) in Syria along side their
proxy Hezzbulah.
All eyes have been on ISIS as the jihadist group, in a matter of days, cut Iraq in half and declared its own state in the cities it captured. With fewer than 10,000 fighters ISIS forced the retreat of the better-armed Iraqi army forces many times its size. Their incredible success on the battlefield has fed into a growing lore about the group: the small band of fanatics that can take down a country. The truth is more basic and it’s something ISIS doesn’t want to admit—they weren’t acting alone.
It wasn’t having God on their side that let ISIS conquer Mosul and Tikrit with hardly a fight, analysts say. It was the other Sunni insurgent groups that were there alongside them, unacknowledged partners in the coalition. Those groups have deep organizational roots and were instrumental in the takeover but have been largely overshadowed by ISIS.
The standoff in Iraq isn’t between a single militant group and the government. There is a broad coalition of Sunni groups—both nationalist and Islamist—who had been plotting against Iraq’s Shia government for years before ISIS’s rise provided the chance to strike. ISIS and its partners are unnatural allies. Maintaining their unity was the key to their early success, and is the only way they can hold the ground they have taken, but that incentive may prove to be weaker than the force of their natural hostilities.
“ISIS control in Mosul is contingent on political alliances they have made with the Baathists and the tribal groups,” said Brian Fishman, a fellow at the New America Foundation, who has been following ISIS since the group’s early days during the Iraq war.
