I believe there is a provision in the US Constitution that allows a State to defend itself from an “invasion”.
Please find if for us, because 1070 was suppose to allow AZ to protect its own border against this invasion, and so Holder, et al, is punishing us with these interlopers that were first held in Texas.
From Article IV, Section 4 of the US Constitution:
” United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion;...”
