Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) suggested that until Congress passes sweeping amnesty legislation, "every institution in America" should find ways to ignore or work around federal immigration laws. He also said that President Barack Obama's Deferred Action program was the first step in implementing more amnesty programs. Testifying before a Senate Subcommittee hearing in Chicago on "Immigrant Enlistment" that Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) chaired, Gutierrez said that "every institution in America, including our military, must work around the inability of our federal government and the U.S. House of Representatives to fix our immigration system."
He also pushed the Navy and Marines to allow U.S. citizens who are married to illegal immigrants to enlist at a hearing in which Durbin called on the Pentagon to start enlisting DREAMers. Gutierrez, one of the most vocal pro-amnesty legislators, has repeatedly called on Obama to flout the nation's immigration laws even more and act unilaterally to give amnesty to more illegal immigrants, including the families of those offered temporary amnesty. This imbecile Gutierrez and his co-conspirators need to be exposed. We need to determine where Gutierrez is getting his orders from and with whom he is colluding. Gutierrez outlines treacherous activities which are significant national security threats......which serve to undermine the US' sacrosanct rule of law. These acts correspond with flaccid, decrepit Third World countries' calculated plans to weaken and subjugate the US to their evil demands.
Gutierrez and his co-conspirators are a national security threat and present a clear danger to law-abiding US citizens. Many illegal are hardened criminals w/ convictions for: (1) drunk or drugged driving, (2) aggravated assault, (3) flight escape, (4) pedaling dangerous drugs, (5) vehicle theft, (6) kidnapping, (7) sexual assault, and, (8) homicide.
The 36,007 criminal released by ICE in 2013 were encumbered w/ about 88,000 convictions.

These invaders are coming across the Rio Grande. I don’t know how many are coming across the Sonoran desert in AZ, because our border patrol have been dragged into changing diapers and separating sexually active detainees., so there is no driver.
However, whoever comes to pick them up, there should be a dragnet and arrest the whole clan and boot them back over to the Mexican border enforcement centers, which is in a town, that is known as one of the murder capitals of Mexico.
