YEEEEEEEEHHHHHHHAAAAAWWWWWWWW!
Haven’t seen a good car chase in a long while.
FoxNews used to show them almost weekly, but quit when a few ended in disaster.

Ever since the Supreme Court decided the police could not shoot fleeing felons, everybody runs. The number of pursuits has increased exponentially.

I'd support the use of a .50 (Barrett or Beowulf) fired from a helicopter into the engine block. A couple to a hand full of rounds will stop most vehicles in short order.

Driver stopped, takes off running, rifle in hand.

All the sudden I get an urge to sing:
Up on the roooooooof.
When this old world starts getting me down
And people are just too much for me to face (Up on the roof)
I climb way up to the top of the stairs
And all my cares just drift right into space (Up on the roof)

911? Uh, there’s a guy on my roof and he is brandishing a gun.
Do you know him?
No, never seen him before in my life.
[I can hear the calls 911 may be getting right now.]

Looks like the guy may have managed to evade the news choppers and police.

Fun interview with the young couple. Enjoying themselves on live tv during talking about seeing the suspect and cops. Gotta love Angelenos!

I have been watching the developments. My guess is that with so much LE in the area, news choppers, police choppers, etc, the guy is long gone. ;-)
