We have a bunch of radishes. Hubby got some seeds that had the word cabbage, but they turned out to be radishes. I’ll use some in salads, but there is not way to use them all that way.

Anyone have any other recipes or ways to use radishes? I know they are considered a good cover crop, so when all else fails there’s the compost heap.LOL

A carrot-radish pickle is great in a relish tray, or instead of a salad. Also not a bad hot side dish with things like sauerbraten.
