I picked one of my T squash this am. It is 23 inches long, and about as big around as a zucchini. It is very straight since it was hanging from the top of an arched cattle panel.
JRandom, I think one of these squash would feed all your grandkids at a meal. I think I will make tromboodles with it. It should make enough for a week.
I have my first baby T! I never saw a bloom, which is really weird, but there is no doubt it’s a baby.
We got a half inch of rain from a thunderstorm yesterday (plus more off/on today) and you can almost see the plants growing, The cucuzza has two climbing tendrils touching the fence - that was 4 hours ago so I’m sure it’s grabbed on by now.
