Thanks, I am not sure what exactly it is, but I do know that walking around the basement without shoes and standing in the kitchen with out rubber mats seems to agravate it.

My practioner told me a long time ago, that there was a limited number of things that could cause it, and all of them would be treated with adequate orthotic support, so we didn’t really do any xrays or anything.

Whenever it strikes, I just get religious about wearing shoes and getting rubber mats placed in appropriate standing area in the kitchen.

We have those rubber mats in our kitchen. They’re very helpful for my bad knees and my husband’s bad ankle.
