I have lived on my current street in the Philly burbs for six years and this winter finally killed off a couple of fig trees in a neighbor’s yard that were well-established when I arrived.
The cold weather really did in my fig trees here in Mississippi. No new growth on the old established branches (dead wood) but all three have started new growth from the roots and are looking very healthy right now.
