Candidates for Congress should say their first action will be to draft articles if IMPEAHCMENT and throw Obama out of office. Dealing with Biden should be easier, particularly if the GOP has both chambers.

When he greeted Obama in the Oval Office, W presented him with a coat replete with the Presidential Seal as a welcoming gift. Unfortunately, Obama was not aware of W's practical jokes and thought the stack of Pocket Vetoes he found in the breast were the real thing.
