Also, I agree with you about Ed’s nod to political correctness. Here in DC, it’s pretty much obligatory. I think Ed agrees with it fully, as does everybody on the public radio/taxpayer funded payroll.

Speaking of meat near fire, I had the best salmon of my life Saturday night. My friend smoked it and prepared it with teriyaki sauce. Tender, juicy, delicious, and accompanied by delicious beef steaks. Surf and turf!
