For a fairly computer illiterate - do you know a way of downloading this to computer? I am enjoying it immensely and would like a permanent copy.

On the Mac, you can use SoundFlower to record any audio streaming through the computer.

Select the text, copy and paste.

Were you able to get a copy? I tried to get a copy for myself via the NPR podcast icon but it would not work for me.

OK; I got a copy as follows but I had to use Windows IE. Chrome would not work..

Look for the mp3 file "201405112_specialmusic_bluenote.mp3".
Right click on the file name and select "save target as".
The file will be downloaded to your PC.
