Are you one of us who suspects that IS the problem?
Not only the drugs, which have more adverse side-effects than the supposed "good" they do, but also the lack of attempt to train those with issues to cope and overcome them w/o the drugs. If I was going to school today (instead of the '50s/'60s), I would be under several diagnoses that resemble ADDs/ADDHD (or whatever they are) and they would be wanting to drug me up too. I wasn't molly-coddled and was taught that I could stay aware of what was going on and learn to control my behavior. Today's society is too lazy and everyone wants the "designer drug solution".
