From what I’ve seen from the Kenyan over the past five years, he/she lacks EVERYTHING but narcissism. He has an abundance of that.

Rudy had a lot of faults to be sure, but he would have been much better than McCain or Romney if he were the nominee.

Rino Republicans persist in calling Obama inept rather than ideologically compromised. This might be because they're afraid of being labeled racist, it might be because they are Rino Republicans and afraid of speaking truth to power, it is even conceivable that they actually believe that Obama, despite his biography, history, associations and policies is not a communist but only a misguided liberal. My views were expressed in a post some days ago which I reproduce here to illustrate that the Rinos are taking this line when we here at FreeRepublic had gone on the record even before Obama's first inauguration accusing him of being a communist:

The problem is not lack of competence, the problem is lack of patriotism.

The nation has elected a man who is, yes, a dilettante and, yes, a narcissist but those are not the sources of the problems which afflict this administration and by extension, the nation. The problem is, as we here at FreeRepublic understood since before Obama's election, the man is a radical socialist (dare I say it?), in fact a communist.

He does not want America to succeed as the world's policeman because he does not like the world order that America has always stood for. In fact, Obama sees America as the greatest obstacle to the imposition of the worldwide government which he seeks. The analogy is that he sees the Constitution as the great impediments to the accomplishment of his domestic goals. Obama does not really care if America's influence around the world is degraded just as he does not care if a CIA Bureau chief is outed.

It might be necessary to win an election to argue that Obama is inept and avoid calling him what he is but among us guys let's be clear, the son of a bitch is a communist.

Obama is a really bad joke on this country, and the establishment media keeps repeating it, hoping it will get better.

If that was all he lacked we would be in far better shape.

What he lacks is any understanding or appreciation of American ideals.

"There is nothing in this man's background to suggest that he could run the most complicated organization in the world."

That's a side issue. Obama's primary problem is that he is a rigid leftist ideologue, a socialist who believes in big government solutions. If Obama had better management skills, those solutions would still fail.

While Obama does not seem particularly bright to me, I think he would be intelligent enough to be POTUS -- if he were a conservative.

The president's temperament was suited, by instinct, to that of a "professor," Giuliani suggested.

Do professors read off TelePrompTers these days?

There never was. But, hey, let's elect him anyways!

Obama had no executive experience whatsoever. To be fair, neither did McCain. This is one reason why I truly believe that serving as a governor should be a prerequisite for the presidency, from either party. Bill Clinton, for all his foibles, at least knew what the hell he was doing.
