She reportedly got to keep the bat, which was later signed by Flowers himself. It was the VERY least they could do her. She saved them from a multi-million dollar lawsuit, had the bat hit the baby.

Courts have consistently found that attending a baseball game constitutes an assumption of risk since balls (and bats) coming into the stands are an expected part of the game.
