30 years ago I quit making sales calls on FT Lauderdale beach. Largely because the logistics were so bad, parking etc.
But also because I didn’t feel I or my car was safe.
Florida and I have since parted ways forever.

For those unfamiliar with the area, the “31st Ave.” referred to in the link is actually Martin Luther King Blvd. See BS didn’t even have the honesty to report that. I grew up, decades ago, less than two blocks from that intersection.
