MISSOULA, Mont. - A Montana man accused of fatally shooting a German exchange student in his garage pleaded not guilty to murder Wednesday, Reuters reports.
Last month, 29-year-old Markus Kaarma, of Missoula, allegedly shot and killed 17-year-old Diren Dede, of Hamburg, Germany, after the teen broke into his garage. The former U.S. Forest Service firefighter has been charged with deliberate homicide, according to the news agency.

The poor “student” was just playing a game of garage-hopping. It is a harmless game where “students” look for things of interest in people’s garages and take them. The “student” was just minding his own business when he died in an unprovoked attack.

There are a number of these cases in recent years, like that of Byron Smith, Jerome Ersland, and Brice Harper, where evil people try to use the Castle Doctrine - an important and foundational principle - as a screen for murder.
Every time it happens, the gullible support the mutant who misuses the principle, strengthening the collectivists who want to eliminate it.

The "student" should have been imprisoned.
Kaarma had him cornered, toyed with him, and then executed him - although he had the foreknowledge, time and opportunity to call the police, who would have caught Dede redhanded.
The student committed burglary. Kaarma committed murder.

He was a German citizen, regardless of where he was buried.

This report must be phony. The Dims have said voter fraud doesn’t exist, or is as rare as being struck by lightning.

The guy who walked into an open garage was murdered.
The owner of the garage is going to prison for murder.
The two thugs who broke into the garage owner's car and house, who stole the garage owner's drugs and smartphone and cash, are free on bond and probably won't see a day in jail.
What have we learned?

"What have we learned? "
Don't go into someone else's garage.

Better - we have Markus Kaarma own Mirandized testimony.
To: Paladin2
We’ve also learned not to murder anyone in your garage, or you’re going to prison.
To: wideawake
Once you are dead you are dead.
Don't hang out in someone else's garage unless invited.

"Staying off of private property is good advice in any country, he says, it's just that in America, the risks can be more severe."
Given that it was dark, in Texas, the invader would be without any legal recourse (though in Montana he is still dead).

Don’t murder someone unless you want to die in prison.
To: wideawake
I’d recommend that you stay out of my garage, especially after dark.
