... Robert Redford to play the late Oral Roberts. Easy job, just lying there in his coffin ...

It’s just a supporting role. He probably won’t get to say “Heal!”

Well, the devil didn't like Heaven's for Real and other solid Christan stories containing solid Christian characters, so now they'll do a movie about the crackpot Carlton Pearson.

Redford has aged badly. Maybe that’s what happens to liberals.

I think I’d go with Robert Duvall or Tommy Lee Jones, but that’s just me. Redford could maybe do the contemporary Billy Graham if he could do the voice. But do you remember Sundance ever doing anything that involved accents?

I happen to work in the CityPlex towers....I work in the 30 tower.
I've heard many stories about Oral...but they are just stories to me....I can't verify any of them.
The City of Faith Medical Center / Research Center...was quite something back in the day...people tell me.
I can say...the towers are impressive. They can be seen from many miles away. They are well built.

Wow. Tulsa is getting a lot of play - this movie and the Oprah TV movie of the Tulsa race riots years ago.

I would pay to see Oral Roberts play Robert Redford.
Sadly, it doesn't look like he'll get the chance.

Televangelism. Gee, there’s a topic that hasn’t been handled much in movies since the mid-80s.

Notice the wording:
The wording “his revelation that there is no Hell” implies that there is no Hell. You can only reveal what is true. He doesn’t merely assert or proclaim. Oh, no! He “reveals.”
