Probably won’t happen. Government officials have a habit over ignoring abuses of law at PP.

Can I ask why the sheriff isn’t taking the lead on a statutory rape investigation; why leave it to the whims of another ExecBranch bureaucracy?

To be fair: if mother knows her daughter was raped, and mother does not report incident to police, then why is she complaining that a PP staffer said it would be “a hassle” to report?

it seems; the parents are trying to shift parental responsibility.
if it had my kid, the Rapist would become a gelding/steer real quick.
where was the male parent/relatives? ..it takes about 3 minutes.

Tyler Kost is set to appear in court today to face charges in that assault and a string of others dating to 2009, when Kost was 13 years old. This article implies that Tyler has been forcing himself on girls for five years, and nothing has been done, presumably because he was a teenager. This is what a culture of teen fornication gets you.
The chance that he'll be convicted, in the absence of contemporaneous physical evidence, is almost zero.
