Odd that the KBXX-FM(Houston News92) article urgently requests help in ID-ing the perp--but no descriptive hint or help whatsoever is supplied by KBXX-FM--even though News92's very article describes the existence of a surveillance video that begs for a link in the search for the puncher.

Could KBXX-FM be holding back on that link out of PC delicacy?
