at first I thought is was another UFO alien posing has a human being having an anxiety attack. Those aliens disguised as humans are constantly getting in trouble, you know. Odd that the KBXX-FM(Houston News92) article urgently requests help in ID-ing the perp--but no descriptive hint or help whatsoever is supplied by KBXX-FM--even though News92's very article describes the existence of a surveillance video that begs for a link in the search for the puncher.

Could KBXX-FM be holding back on that link out of PC delicacy?

No problem for the NY Daily News.
