Third string. Practice squad.
Don’t the Rams get a say in this?
What if they don’t want a reality show camera crew in training camp...can they say no?
The Rams deserve it. They allowed themselves to be bullied into taking him, they won’t dare cut him.
I knew right away when he kissed his little white friend, that he was planning on a reality show. Just shocked it wasn’t ESPN’s idea.
Just another insufferable drama queen.
The Rams were incredibly stupid to hire this guy. There’s no way that the PC Police will allow them to discipline or fire him. And there’s no way they will be allowed to keep him on the bench, even if he plays badly.
Hire a double-PC guy, and you are stuck with him forever.
I’m waiting for the segment where Vito struggles to remain faithful while Michael is at training camp.
Remember that we live in a politically correct world now.
Under political correctness, certain people, such as homosexuals, are special because, well just because.
If you are a member of a special recognized grievance group, such as homosexuals, then you are allowed to get away with things the rest of us are not allowed to get away with. You are held to a different standard than the rest of us.
In this case, Sam was allowed to lie about, and/or not disclose his intentions about the reality show. He will not be called to task on this, because of his membership in the grievance group known as homosexuals.
I’ve heard Oprah’s network has very low ratings, and she has had problems getting her network off the ground.
I don’t even get Oprah’s network. It’s on a higher tier of channel packages, which I don’t get as of now. Am I homophobic if I don’t sign up for the higher level of channels, so I can then watch Michael Sam’s reality show????
He has already violated NFL rules before he even started, lol
just cause you got drafted, doesn’t mean you’ll get signed.
If he did that, the mainstream media along with the entire left/liberal establishment would go bonkers as they did in the Sterling case.
So how does an OWN documentary help him make the team? Will the cameras follow him to training camp? Sam lied by omission to the NFL.
1. The NFL knew that Sam wasn't good enough to be drafter. If he wasn't openly gay, no one would be writing/talking one word about him. 2.The NFL knew that if Sam wasn't drafted, there would be a media s**t storm. The league would be accused of homophobia, etc...you can write the script.
3. The league, and the players, really don't want an openly gay, and publicity seeking player, in the locker room, and in the league. Every game would have to deal with the "story"
So the NFL arranged to have Sam drafted in the 7th and last round, by the Rams. "Nice," convenient story line..he played his college ball in the same state, Missouri. All warm and fuzzy...
EXCEPT FOR ONE THING:
The Rams have, by general consensus, among the top 3-5 defensive lines in the entire league. Therefore, Sam's chance of making the team are greatly reduced..actually..they're just about impossible. They're are about 15 NFL teams that could use some D-Line help.
So Sam goes to the Rams training camp..he'll be one of the last ones cut..after having been given ample time to demonstrate he's not good enough to play in the NFL..and by then it'll be too late for any other teams to bring him into camp for a tryout..
So, Sam's finished..kaput...and the NFL's problem is solved. Nicely done.
One more thing: When the players start full contact practice..and during the pre-season games..the O-Line players have an extra incentive to make Sam look bad.. they can ensure he's off the team, out of the league..by shutting him down on the field..
If the Ram players gaze him along with the other rookies then they are homophobes, if they leave him alone they are homophobes.
His boyfriend is WHITE!
This is unnacceptible. I'm sure there must be many fine, young black men that he can "couple" with.
Where is Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson?!
Great. A whole new Oprah show to show the world that he sucks D-— .....literally. (rimshot)
