The question isn’t how much has Jones spent on WRs, it’s how little has Jones spent on a quality defense. There’s only so much a QB can do, and when your defense does things like allow a TD on every single second half possession (twice last year) that’s not on the QB. It’s ridiculous how often Dallas scores 35+ points and still loses.

The defense is horrible, especially the secondary.

They either cover a pass or a run, they cannot do both at the same time and the pass coverage might cover 2 recievers.

I didn't realize it but Romo is the 6th (repeat 6th)highest paid player in the NFL, If that isn't overrated, and the poorest return on investment, I don't know what is.

Yeah last year Dallas defense suffered, but Romo's chokeathon was still the lead story.

Tony Romo will never win the big game because Tony Romo doesn’t believe he can win the big game.

Until that changes, he’ll put up good numbers except when it counts.
