Beef is getting priced out of my picture. Astronomical. Haven’t had fish with scales in a year - and now shrimp is scarce. What a world. Obama must be smiling.
When I stroll by the meat and fish cases the clerk will ask if he can help me. I tell him no, just window shopping. I buy chicken breasts when they are on sale and sometimes inexpensive pork cutlets. Ground beef is even way too expensive.
At that point, you are healthier than you have ever been.
Go for a walk or a run.
Fat isn't a natural thing...it is loaded with poison.

Beef etc are up for several reasons, not the least of which is the use of food for fuel...corn to ethanol. This should have been stopped from the git-go. It is totally fuelish, and inefficient.
