The Producer Price Index made available by the Bureau of Labor and Statistics this morning has now confirmed those fears. Consumers are seeing an immediate impact to their wallets in the form of food price inflation and in all likelihood the trend will continue going forward.
These latest numbers are serious. So much so that according to Zero Hedge, the last time food prices spiked by this much in one month, the resulting Arab Spring wave of revolutions tumbled governments across north Africa and the middle east.

Pastor Lindsy Williams may not be 100% accurate with the info he has shared publicly that he says comes from one of the ruling elite insiders but he was right on with this food price spike 2 years ago. He said he was told that food will remain available in the US but unaffordable for many if not most.

It’ll get much worse as the effects of the California water situation are made clear to shoppers by August.

When I stroll by the meat and fish cases the clerk will ask if he can help me. I tell him no, just window shopping. I buy chicken breasts when they are on sale and sometimes inexpensive pork cutlets. Ground beef is even way too expensive.

When I turned Medicare age, a funny thing happened...
I lost desire to eat beef and pork. In my 20’s & 30’s
I could’nt get enough of prime ribs which were so good in the mid-west back in the 60’s & 70’s. You could cut it with a fork. The tastiest steak I ever tasted was cooked by a farming family in Iowa. Beef does’nt taste the same anymore.

As Algore used to say of the superior-in-comparison Bush economy, everything that should be up is down. and everything that should be down is up.

“But thank God we have no inflation... lol”
that’s only the half of it. on cnbc today, they were welcoming new inflation as a boost to stock prices. I almost couldn’t believe the way were rooting for inflation.

Probably not. But you can rest assured millions more people will become eligible to receive food stamps. I am seeing more and more of them at the grocery store.

Taking a toll on the White House too.
Time to relieve the tension with another $10 million dollar vacation.
