Sterling is not going to be able to win this case as he has major forces working against him.

The NBA players will not play for or against the Clippers.

Advertisers will not pay for commercials during Clippers’ games.

Sterling is not exactly a full owner of the Clippers as he is simply a owner of a franchise.

His position is akin to an owner of a Popeye’s Fried Chicken franchise saying that he did not want them showing up up his Popeye’s with black folks.

A franchise owner does not have complete control over his business.

Players are not going to break their contracts and this is far from a slam dunk. Since when is being a jerk reason to take your franchise away?

If players won't play against the clippers, then all he has to do is field 5 white guys ready to play while the other team forfeits. He could walk into the playoffs without ever having to actually play a game

but anyway, what do I care?
It's just a bunch of weed smoking thugs throwing a ball into a basket. Never watched it, never will.
