Yup. Just like in Austin. The schools in east Austin are spending almost twice per pupil as those in the west side. East side schools are primarily Holder's people and most have daycare facilities at the middle and high schools.
West side have very few of Holder's people and no daycare facilities. The graduation rate of the west side is probably 25 - 40% higher than the east side.

I “lived” in WDC for over 30 years. It was a scandal-a-day. Nothing surprises me about that corrupt town...nothing. Rest assured that corruption will continue there until it is vaporized.

It’s the culture more than the race. If they were more influenced by Thomas Sowell, Walter Williams, Clarence Thomas than gangsta rap it would be a different story.
