Go to the youtube video page. Just below the viewership number are a series of options: About Share Add to Transcript ...
Click on the transcript icon and a transcription of the video will appear just below the icons.
The transcription is fairly accurate, but not completely accurate.

Thank you so much! I did not know about that because I usually avoid youtube, even their ‘captioning’ isn’t very good.
