If he’s talking about adding resistant starches to a clean food diet, he’s right on.

Don’t know about his diet, but he’s got a very poor understanding of history. Went to his website and found this gem.

“The ancient conquerors of Europe and Asia, including the armies of Alexander the Great (356 – 323 BC) and Genghis Khan (1162 – 1227 AD) consumed starch-based diets.”

Don’t know about Alex, but the Mongols lived very nearly exclusively on animal products. No agriculture on the steppe.
