Vaccines in the military are a requirement, not an option.
I have had the relatively safe vaccines such as flu shots all the way up to small pox and anthrax.
No issues. Same for every other soldier I served with.
Same here. I was active duty Navy 85-89 and drilling reservist for another 7 years. Got LOTS of shots. I’m doing okay.

Same here. Had all the shots I needed as a kid, and the Army took care of the rest. I never have had mumps, but had measles and chicken pox in a row when I was about 8 or so.
I turned down flu shots before my first tour and had to explain why to the CO of the battalion why I wouldn’t take them. We get overseas, and lo and behold, my whole section is laid up except me. It sucked being the only healthy guy to do any work.
There are two sides to every story, and when the government tells me I must do something, I tend to head the opposite way.. I’m an extremely lousy follower.
