” He then said that they were free to search the home.”
Stupid move. There is nothing a cop likes more than to search with your permission.

So it's illegal to have Labradors now?

Time to end prohibition folks! We got along just fine without a police state before Carrie Nation came along and paved the road!

Bet they posted bond and were long gone within 15 minutes of being released. If they are going to let these people post bond, why not make it a very substantial amount. They should know by now they are never going to see them again, at least make it worth their while as well as an incentive to a bondsman to want to go after them.

Exactly. Ohhhh a marijuana lab sounds more menacing to society then say a marijuana garden.

You sound angry over pot growers but trust me
Most courts especially federal seriously determine flight risk for bond
Federal prison is 80 percent drug offenders
Plenty of whom had bond
Illegals are another matter

They were preparing it for when Florida’s voters vote for medical marijuana.

Personally I can’t wait to buy some “Baraq’s Blend” when the B. Hussein Obama Presidential Library and Choom Gang Museum opens in Jan 2017.

Medical marijuana high in the polls for Florida voters (May 06 Quinnipiac Poll)
A poll released Monday shows that 88 percent of Florida voters support allowing adults to legally use marijuana for medical purposes, bolstering the arguments of advocates who have placed a constitutional amendment on the November ballot seeking legalization.

Will there be prosecution of those who abuse this “prescription drug”, doctor shop, etc?
Might as well go whole hog rather than engage in the “medicinal marijuana” charade.
