"private home" - is that the home that we pay The King's Rent (property taxes) on?
I can see the King restricting how many guests you can have in your private The King's home and how frequent they can visit.
I mean, it's not like it's actually yours...

These democrats are taking away our freedoms one by one with stupid laws they impose on us , a new one every week it seems
and they all copy cat the dumb laws they see other tyrants come up with “ oh so that’s a good way to take more power and control them”

Big problem with religious freedom, if for instance, a beloved member of the Jewish community were to die, it would not be uncommon for visitors during the period known as "Sitting Sheva," 7 days of grieving, when people visit to comfort the mourners. Generally, the entire family gathers at a single home, and then members of the Jewish community visit the family, each night concluding with evening prayers, dinner, and fellowship.
Sounds like a specific violation of that Jewish tradition.

I hate HOA’s when it comes what I can WITH my property.
On the flip side, I don’t know how many times neighbors diagonally across the street have had out door parties with recorded music blaring into the wee hours of the nite and loud enough that I can hear with my entire house shut up and me sitting in a room at the back of the house with the TV on and the air conditioner running. At those times I could live with an HOA that said what everyone could do outside ON their property in terms of gatherings. In my situation it is not an HOA area and the local cops refuse to take an interest. Some of my neighbors are just afraid of the folks diagonally across the street from me and just don’t want to rock the boat for fear of their reaction.
An HOA, as bad as they are is NOT an unconstitutional invasion of rights as it is a matter agreed to in the sale and deed agreement; in other words people can chose to live under a set of HOA rules, or not.

I have mixed feelings about this, since I have neighbors who have loud parties till the wee hours of the morning, including kids screeching, (yes, the kids are there all night, sometimes they rent one of those big inflatable things for them to jump up and down in,) live bands, deejays, etc. Their favorite night to do this is Sunday night for some reason, when we all have to get up to go to work the next day. Sometimes gatherings in homes really can be inconsiderate to others in the neighborhood.
