Until cleared up, this situation is gonna screw up truck traffic patterns all over SoCal....inbound on I-40, which merges with that I-15, will instead take State Route 95 south at the Arizona/Kalifornia state line and drop south onto the I-10 and then be able to access Los Angeles that way — but that’s something like a 100 mile detour.
