How can a barn be defined as a natural habitat for a bat?
Government saying what one can do and can't do on one's own property however, is worthy of urinating on.

What idiot, in this day and age, applies for a permit to do anything like this without first hiring exterminators to cleans the property of anything remotely useable as an excuse to stop them?
I’m not a fan of metal rock, but his property is his property. If Osbourne can’t do with his barn as he chooses because of a bat infestation, he should burn it to the ground. Accidentally, of course. Principles apply to all men.
The bats are “flying high again.”
And the Alamo is going to take a whiz on him some night.
What about building them a bat-house. Aren’t they allowed to do that, and relocate the bats to that?
n January 20, 1982, at a concert in Des Moines, a bat wound up on stage, which had either been stuck in the rafters or thrown up there by a crazed fan. Osbourne bit it for a goof, thinking it was a rubber toy. He had to take a week of rabies shots. Despite a $25,000 donation later that year to the SPCA, the bat story grew to be an urban legend of its own - he didn’t bite the head off!
Put a windmill on the property. Problem solved.
In whose demented world is a barn a natural habitat for bats?
UK Environ-MENTAL Nanny State PING!
God will not be mocked and He will get the last laugh.
Yea, but there is a bright side of all this for Ozzie . . .
He has an unlimited supply of bat heads that he can chew!
