I didn't have the heart to post this in the religion forum!
(Killing the innocent, unborn is ...?)
Such twaddle.
Don’t kill (unless it’s self defense) .. you stay ‘un-killed’ yourself!
Simple! 8)
Hypocrites.
Wow, I thought they were big fans of the “separation of church and state.”
“my thoughts....” I think therefore I am.
[eyeroll] These useless fascist drones continue to consume oxygen that could be put to so many more beneficial uses, like rust.
Oh now CNN decides to become the “Christian News Network”.
LOL! Good call. BTT
HUH? If there was no death penalty, there would be no Christianity!
Baloney! Read Genesis Chapter 9 verse 6.
I find it fascinating how non-Christians will try to lecture Christians on how their actions are not Christian.
Ooh, good point! Plus God resorted to handing out the death penalty repeatedly. Not to put ourselves on the same footing with Him, but it’s obviously not something He condemns.
+1
Correct, they are against the death penalty unless it is an unborn child. They are the murderers of over 50 million unborn. They think like all the good ole tyrants. Hitler, Stalin and Mao!!
Matthew 5:17-18 “Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.”
The death penalty is entirely appropriate from a Christian perspective. “Unchristian” describes the evil actions that put those murderers on death row.
I suppose what the man did to the innocent child, in the eyes of the writer of the story is o.k.
As far as I am concerned, the son of a bitch did not suffer enough. But that is just the way I feel.
Since when id CNN so concerned with Christian practice?
