Funny, we do too. All bacon grease poured into a metal can. Stored in the fridge. Great for frying eggs. But not too much, just a slight film in the skillet. Now, onto baked beans ..... yum.

If your going to make millionaires bacon you should grease the rack with bacon fat.

No need to refrigerate, just pour it into a canning jar with seal-able lid. I use a salsa jar that I've washed really clean. The lids have a rubber ring inside and if hot, seal up nicely. Each time you pour hot grease in on top it sterilizes the surface. Pop the lid on quickly and it needs no refrigeration. I cook a pack of hotdogs in that same sort of jar ... for my raccoon visitors.
