Pretty cool stuff. The scene in NY w/ the game simulator surprised me, considering the series was between ChiWS and Cincy.

It looks like the film is running faster than it ought. Perhaps it is 24fps running at 30fps to match the video?

Great they were able to upload to YouTube in 1919. Upload speeds had to be really slow back then.

Way cool. I looked real hard, but didn't see anyone cheating.
Notice how each team's players wore their uniforms the same way - and no bling.
I wonder who influenced those changes? Hmmm ...

Amazing what keeps surfacing. Wasn't a couple of years ago that a film of the 1960(?) series was found among Bing Crosby's possessions?
(Probably a filmed off a tv. I think he was going to miss it, and had a lackey do it for him.)
To: FlJoePa
This film would be viewed in a movie theater before the main attraction.
Radio was in its infancy then, so this is how a lot of people saw the news of the day, long after it occurred. Newspapers ruled the day.
It is like looking back into time 95 years.
Today, instead of Pathe News, the news is pathetic.

Why the simulator when they could have watched it on TV?

Notice the clouds of smoke over the fans. Shows how bad smoking is as almost everybody alive at that time is now dead. /sarcasm.
