He is a unique guy. Haven’t seen a lot of his films, but enjoyed him in The Deer Hunter and a couple of others.

Walken trained at the Washington Dance Studio, or so his bios say.
But where the h$ll is the WDS?
I don't think he went to the studio by that name in Manhattan KS.

According to the imdb, Walken tries to get a few dance steps in every movie he’s in, no matter what kind of movie.
Again, according to imdb, when Christopher Walken was portraying UFO abductee Whitley Streiber in Communion, Streiber complained that he was playing him “too crazy.” Reportedly Walken replied, “If the shoe fits.”

I tried to find some info on that, and you’re right, the only Washington Dance Studio I could find is in Kansas. He was born in Queens and went to Kansas to study dance?
Trivia point....I found out that Christopher Walken was considered for the part of Hans Solo in Star Wars.

That’s priceless.
Yahoo doesn’t use that yodel any more because they got in a lawsuit with Wiley Gustafson, the yodeller. I remembered the case because he’s Montanan, like me, but lives in WA now, like me.

I believe Ruth Buzi lives in Montana or Wyoming. she’s still a funny woman.

"LOL Oh man that would be hilarious." I know....I keep substituting Walken in my mind's eye for Harrison Ford. Different movie, LOL.
