Agree, it’s about culture.
The problem is that certain groups have chosen to inextricably link race with culture. It’s a linkage that provides massive political benefits. To the point where any attempt to delink the two is immediately decried, itself, as racist.
Those are the parameters of the debate. Which were set by others, but which the current social environment here in the US forces us to abide by.
I won’t abide by it.
In order to deflect criticism of the culture, the left has conflated that destructive culture with “race”, after having built up “racism” as the primary sin of American society.
They WANT the urban culture to flourish, because it is opposed to everything that makes up Western/Christian culture.
