Here’s the episode where he’s eating maggots found in a rotting marmot. I remember watching this on TV several years ago. He begins by explaining that you first bite the heads off and spit them out “because the heads taste disgusting...” LOL

A bit further on, he catches a fish, and rather than cleaning it with his Bear Gylls para-survival knife, he bites it to break its back and squish its insides out. Yum.
