I discovered the company when I did the “anti-boycott” over the owner’s comments about homo’s.
I was flabergasted at just how good their chicken is. I also really love their shakes. I don’t eat there much only because I really try to avoid fast food.
I am not a big fan of the food but still go to support them Good company good people
And the COO will never, EVER, disparage homosexuals again by actually championing marriage, even on his own time.
Wow, gotta love it! /sarc
The chicken sandwiches aren’t amazing, they’re OK. The waffle fries are pretty good. The milkshakes are pretty good but no where near the best in the business. They’re probably the best chicken place in FF, of course that has a lot to do with how simply awful KFC, Popeyes and Churches are. Best FF in America I’d probably vote Rubios, good Mexican seafood with beer.
I love how there’s one in the student union on the U of Mn campus. In the belly of the beast.
Hey, I think that’s joke.
Reason #11. They gave all three of our daughters their first job. None of them grew up to be bed wetting liberals.
Their Banana Pudding shake is to die for!
I like what they stand for. I think Kentucky Fried Chicken tastes better, but they have a Grilled Market Salad with crumbled blue cheese and Honey Sesame dressing that’s really pretty good.
11. Staff. At least in my experience, they have genuinely friendly, honest, kind, decent people working there— no signs of apathy, profanity, tirades, or thuggery!
But what about the liberals, and people such as snarky liberal visitor Adam Smith, who lectured the girl who works there that this is a horrible company with horrible values?
What about Rahm Emmanuel who discouraged Chick Fill A from Chicago, because they don’t represent “Chicago values”?
Didn’t their CEO recently apologize for opposing same-sex marriage?
I drive 50 miles out of my way to patronize CFA, with a KFC walking distance from my house.
The chicken mini’s are the only fast food I’ve ever tried that I wouldn’t rather feed the dogs. I just don’t like fast food or the experience. I like real food on a plate.
Chick Fil A is special occasion, destination dining for us b/c the nearest one is about 20 miles away.
Enjoy every trip, though!
10. Chick-fil-A now welcomes everyone.
False - they ALWAYS welcomed everyone. ANYONE was welcome to come in, buy some food, eat, get a fresh lemonade, and leave.
I just wish Dan Cathy had more of a backbone and hadn’t decided to wimp out.
I love Chic Filet.
They finally got one up in the little mountain town where I had my vaction cabin. One day I pulled in with my Beagle Buddy sitting in the back seat in his Alpine ski sweater. The girl at the window gave him his very own little chicken nugget in a little tiny box. Buddy was one happy hound that day. :-)
